What a great alternative to the babrbecue, and certainly a lot more pleasant in the middle of winter! This is a great ridged pan, that cooks meat beautifully, giving them the lovely stripes that we all crave. Because it's made of really heavy cast iron, the heat is even and allows food to cook evenly, so you know your steak is perfect all over.
