The non-stick coating makes the milk pan easy to clean, but you must not use an abrasive cleaner or cleaning implement or you will damage the coating. I find that a soak in hot soapy water and a wipe with the dishcloth usually suffices.
On the rare occasions that I have burnt something in the pan I find that all I have to do is just boil some water and soap powder...more |

About eight years ago I decided to treat myself to a set of three Le Creuset saucepans in classic green. The choice of colour was a bit of a mistake in retrospect. I do like it very much, but there are few outlets who now sell this particular colour of Le Creuset so getting bits and pieces to match is a nightmare! The Le Creuset range is also available in dark blue, teal (light blue), volcanic (orange), almond, black, cerise, granite, kiwi and satin blue. Some of these are more readily available than others. I did however manage to get the Milk Saucepan from Selfridges in London a year or so after I bought the original set. I paid about £20 for mine ... Read the complete review
