 ... this pan gets a lot of use. So far, after 6 months of use at least 3-4 times a week, it is holding up beaitufully. The non-stick coating is great, and means I can get away with less oil, and that is definitely healthier all round. Size of the pan means that you don't waste so much heat heating up an enormous frying pan just to cook a couple of smaller pieces like steak or chicken, and it is the perfect size for all the pancakes I make. I love this little pan. Although I own the very large old style Le Creuset pan, when this was came early this year, I decided I had a to treat myself, and figured that a smaller pan was the way to go. With two under 5's in our house I make pancakes every weekend for them for breakfast, so this pan gets a lot of use. So far, after 6 months of use at least 3-4 times a week, it is holding up beaitufully. The non-stick coating is great, and means I can get away with less oil, and that is definitely healthier all round.
