Ever since my Aunt gave me a set of Le Crueset pans when I was still a teenager I have been a fan of the solid reliability of Le Crueset.

I recently purchased the square dish to add to my collection with the purpose of using it for lasagnes. Like all classic Le Crueset it is slightly heavier than you might expect from looking at it. It can be used on the hob as well as in the oven and it does seem to distribute heat well.

I'm not quite sure how much one can say about a square dish but it appears to serve it purpose well and I imagine it will last a long time like my other Le Crueset items, and the lasagnes from it so far have been good!
