... decide which one to go for, as there are so many appealing fragrances, but in the end I decided on this Pink Grapefruit one. It smelt lovely in the tin, and the appearance of the candle really appealed as it had little cubes of different colours sticking out of the top of the candle, presumably making up the different aspects of the fragrance.

This candle was a purchase I made before I ventured into the world of Yankee Candles. To be honest, I think this was the final straw that led to me jumping on the YC bandwagon, as it was such a disappointment. I stumbled across the range in BHS one lunchtime last year, when I was in the frame of mind for spending money on things I didn't really need. I bought it hoping it might freshen up the house a bit, as we have a house cat so I'm constantly struggling to make the house smell less like a cattery and more like a home.
