These are the best pans I have ever come across... Forget your Tefal red spots, £40 Jamie Oliver endorsed frying pans and other gimmicks; these are the best pans I have ever used. My mum purchased these pans (3 sausapans, with lids and a small frying pan) some 8 years ago from Debenhams in the New Year sale for £125 - half price! I was shocked at the cost, even at half price that's expensive. I've used the pans a fair few times when visiting my parents and they've always provided the same experience. I've had these for about 6 years, I bought a four piece set, sent three of them back to be replaced and now two more are on the way out. The customer service has been excellent and they've always replaced them without question. My problem is that no non stick is perfect so on occasion you need to use a plastic or wooden utensil to remove stubborn bits of food, problem is, if you cover your saucepan surface in grooves, how can you get the bits of food out? Bloody impressive. I've had a set of these for over ten years now, and they are still going strong, and that includes the non stick surface. In that time I have killed off two Le Creuset saucepans that were less than half as old. They are light, really stylish to look at in grey and silver but their best attribute is their amazing non stick surface.
