Not good for me (Meyer Circulon Cookware Range)

Advantages: nice looking, sturdy build

Disadvantages: grooves, hard to clean

I've had these for about 6 years, I bought a four piece set, sent three of them back to be replaced and now two more are on the way out. The customer service has been excellent and they've always replaced them without question. My problem is that no non stick is perfect so on occasion you need to use a plastic or wooden utensil to remove stubborn bits of food, problem is, if you cover your saucepan surface in grooves, how can you get the bits of food out? Answer is with difficulty, which means they accumulate there and eventually cause damage.

Nope, I'm now looking for a new set that doesn't have grooves in them, pity.
