Advantages: Peace of mind when out and about, Small secure bottle.

Disadvantages: None

I love this product, a clear additon to any busy mum's handbag.

In todays day and age, everyone is concious of the spreading of germs, however, many places it can be difficult to get children in to wash hands before eating.

This gel is an a handbag sized plastic bottle, the lid is nice and secure to prevent any spillage and although it does have a slightly 'clinical' odour, it is by no means unpleasant and it does not dry out your hands like some others. The gel is of a good consistancy, and when used alongside baby wipes, gives mum's peace of mind that little hands are clean before eating picnics on days out.

One thing to consider is that the consistancy of the gel does get slightly runnier if the bottle is left in the sunshine and therefore you can end up squirting more of the product than required which does cause wastage. It can alos be used dual purpose and rather than purchasing the wipes in the same range, a tissue and a small squirt of this works wonders on highchair trays/tables when out with babies.

I would also be aware that this product does sting slightly if used on hands that are chapped/cut.

There are alternative brands on the market which I have tried, however they tend to be lemon scented, which I find linger on hands and are not so suitable with children.

Summary: Fantastic product for days out

I was hoping to post a review on this very product this weekend, and may still do, but you've covered it off pretty efficiently! 8^)

I prefer the blue Carex for kids one which has a fresh scent and is cheaper than this!
