For a few weeks now, you will be delighted to learn, the bathroom sink has been a little slow in swallowing the water down the plughole. Joyously, whiskers from my shave have been collecting at the high tide mark as the water slowly drains away and, as a direct result, relations with Mrs Opinions4u have been a little frosty on those occasions I have failed to clean properly. I thought I had cleaned, but Mrs O has higher standards! If I were a DIY kinda guy, I would have invested in a plunger. Better still, a few minutes under the sink removing the U bend may even have been in order. But no. I am a pen pushing bean counter by trade. So what ... Read the complete review

I do enjoy my showers. After a long day there is nothing like stepping into the shower to wash away all the stresses of the day. So, after a particularly trying day last week I stepped into the shower and stood there. Ahh the bliss! As I lathered my hair I relaxed as the water lapped round my ankles. My ankles???? Hey that shouldn?t be happening! I was horrified to see that the water level was nearly lapping over the base of the shower cubicle. Doh!! Swearing as she shampoo stung my eyes, I rinsed off as best I could before I had a disaster on my hands. The water drained slowly away but there was no way that you could take another shower without flooding the ... Read the complete review

Safety equipment….Marigolds, one pair, yellow, CHECK. String vest, one, stringy, CHECK. Boxer shorts, one pair, over large and stripy, CHECK. Glasses, one pair, black national health and very thick, CHECK. So feeling very secure, a little chilly and not really being able to see where I’m going I can tell you all about my encounter with a frothing hole. Ah the things I do for my fellow man, selfless me. Showering in the morning has been getting a pretty hairy experience, quite literally. The plughole was bunged up and showering every morning was like a game of Russian roulette, the water had to be turned just so otherwise the bathroom could ... Read the complete review

Black holes have fantastic gravitational pull, sucking in everything from miles around. Well I now have one in my kitchen thanks to Mr Muscle foamer. You know how it is when you move into rented accommodation - you never know what went on before you moved in. The plug in my kitchen sink was never that good. Water grudgingly trickled down it and I had tried all the usual options - bleach, sink freshener etc. I had been holding out buying Mr Muscle as it seemed rather expensive to me at £4 for two treatments but things got really bad. Eventually I admitted defeat with my stubborn sink and spent my hard-earned cash. This stuff is really easy to use. ... Read the complete review

First, let me introduce you to Charlie. Now 5 years old, Charlie is the result of an illicit love affair between a pedigree labrador bitch and an old farm dog who had delusions of grandeur. Like most offspring, Charlie has inherited characteristics from both of his parents. From his father comes the tendency to find any sort of muck that has originated from another creatures back end and roll in it with gay abandon. And from his mother has come the love of being cosseted and pampered - Charlie's ideal day, therefore, involves getting as filthy as is humanely possible (or should that be caninely possible?)then having a warm shower with special doggy shampoo and a ...
