Advantages: cleans well, smells fresh, inexpensive

Disadvantages: still has the potential to leave smears

I hate cleaning windows and try to avoid it wherever possible. In the past I've tried a variety of cleaning products on the windows and find that most leave a smeared finish to the glass that requires even more polishing. Mr Muscle Window and Glass Cleaner seems to leave the least smearing.

The product is as the picture above except to me it looks a lighter green colour. The smell is actually quite fresh, I often use it on the mirrors and it cleans them perfectly. The dispenser is a trigger affair and we usually pay about a £1 for ours in either Boyes or Wilko's, whichever has it at the cheapest price.

As far as using it on widows goes it cleans well, lifts the dirt right off with minimum fuss and rubbing but it can still smear if you don't polish it. On mirrors it cleans all dust and grime off, I tend to end up with make up on one of my mirrors and it cleans this off with no hassle at all. As long as you polish the areas with a clean cloth there should be no smears but it isn't magic, it still has the potential to smear.

Highly recommended as the product that requires the least energy to remove the smears!

Summary: Until they invent a "smear free" product this is the closest, recommended
