I'm still rubbish at cleaning windows even with Mr Muscle (Mr Muscle Window and Glass Cleaner)

Cleaning windows is a job I really hate, I don't think there is anyone out there that actually enjoys cleaning windows. It is just one of them jobs that has to be done, I mean even if you have a window cleaner you still have to clean the inside of your windows yourself.

Not only do I hate cleaning my windows I am also really rubbish at it, it doesn't matter how hard I try or how much effort I put into it my windows still end up looking streaky and smeary. My husband swears by using soapy water and newspaper, and when he cleans the windows they are really, really clean. However when I try this method it just doesn't work, therefore I buy various different products hoping they will provide me with a helping hand.

Mr Muscle Window & Glass is the latest product I have tried, I bought it from Tesco priced £1.35. It comes in a 500ml plastic spray bottle, the bottle is clear but the cleaner is green coloured. It contains vinegar to give it a streak free shine.

The window cleaner claims to cut through grease and grime fast and effectively without smearing. Leaving your windows and glass surfaces sparkling clean.

I have about eight windows, a glass porch, a half glass backdoor, lots of mirrors throughout the house and half glass doors inside the house. Whenever I start to clean my glass and windows I feel like it is a job that is going to last forever.

Mr Muscle Window and Glass Cleaner is easy to use. You need to switch the nozzle onto 'ON' and spray directly onto the surfaces, you then need to wipe away with kitchen paper or a soft cloth. It is as easy as that. It also states the nozzle must be turned to 'OFF' and stored in an upright position.

I personally don't think it is as easy as that, even with lots of elbow grease I still struggle to get my windows smear free. I'll do it, think I've done a good job and then the sun will shine and the smears will be visible for all to see. I do think it is better than other products I have tried for example windolene. It does a good job of cleaning the windows but I don't think it forfills its promise of giving windows a sparkling shine.

I think I will continue to buy this product as it is the best one I have discovered so far, I just wish I could find something that really was smear free, maybe I just don't use enough elbow grease and will always be rubbish at cleaning windows.
