Northern Gas Heating Installation

Yeah ok ! Not helpfull at all, made a booking got a confirmation e-mail no one bothered to turn up we didnt even get a phone call to say why ! I rang to ask why no one had come out and was told they would ring me back with another date they never bothered so they have lost out ! We are in need of a new boiler as my old one has now gone to boiler heaven and my partner is expecting our first child on November 5th. I would give no stars but have to gice it one cos it wont let me post this review !

I felt that the sales pitch was very reasonable and affordable.

i had my installation done on 2 weeks from 1st point of contact.

The customer services department is FANTASTIC, Kayley Jones is such a credit to the company!

failed to keep an appointment I took time off work for, then were late every day because they had to drive in from Leeds (to Merseyside!). Drilled extra holes in the wall for not actually planning where radiators go. If you have to go to work, DONT leave them alone. Dont let anything in the house that is not 100% correct as they change the size of the radiators on you. They offer cheap prices for cheap and shoddy work and cheap components. Even if you order better components, they will change them on you.
Dont toch them with a barge pole.

I had my central heating installed by northern gas from wolverhampton and this was the biggest mistake i had ever made. The installers were very unprofessional and ruined my carpets, floorboards, smoked in my house and used my private bathroom without asking. They also damaged my ceiling. It is now 4 weeks since i have had my heating installed and i still have work which is not completed. The codensation pump was fitted but not wired in and the thermostat was left for me to fit. I am still waiting for them to compensate for my ceiling damage caused by leaking connector and holes made due to their negligence. Having made numerous calls and sent emails to resolve this nothing has been done so far. The customer service employees were very rude and unwilling to help.
Please stay away from this company and be careful.

I used Northern Gas heating to install a new boiler and a radiator, they completely destroyed my house in the process, my house is an old Victorian terrace and had! Lovely wooden floorboard they totally destroyed them by cutting them in places that didn't need to be cut and fixing them with galvanised nails !! After they were finished I was left with 2 days worth of clearing up as they never covered my furniture when the sawed at the floorboards or drilled into the walls. I was left with cement stuck to my patio, as this wasn't cleared up so now have a stained patio.
