There can't be too many people reading this who enjoy cleaning the loo , and I am no exception. When I first came across Parazone toilet wipes I was keen to give them a try.

Parazone toilet wipes are made by Jeyes, a manufacturer I have always associated with toilet cleaning products such as bleach. The thing that really attracted me to these wipes is the fact that they are flushable. They also claim to kill most of the germs that you will find lurking around your toilet such as E coli, salmonella and Listeria.

The wipes come in a handy to store plastic pack containing 40 wipes. I use them to clean not only the toilet seat and lid but around the rim too. You would be surprised at how dirty the rim area can get! I also find them great for cleaning the area around the toilet. I have boys and will leave the rest to your imagination! After use the wipe can be safely flushed away.

Each wipe is basically a strong rectangular cloth, similar to a baby wipe. When you take them out of the packet they are folded into quarters so need to be opened out before use. They come in two scents either citrus or original. I prefer the citrus, although the scent isn't very strong and doesn't last.

I do have some complaints about these wipes. Firstly the pack is difficult to keep closed and the wipes will dry out if the pack isn't closed properly. The pack has one of those stick down openings if you know what I mean and after a few uses it tends not to stick so well. The second ,is that if you rub too hard the wipes can tear so they are only really god for light stains and cleaning.

The wipes are available from most supermarkets and are on offer in Asda at the moment at £1 for a pack of 40 wipes. Overall I can highly recommend these as they do make keeping the loo clean that bit easier.
