Cleans well, but not good for skin and does not dissolve well (Persil Non Bio Tablets)

Persil Non Bio Tablets I am of two minds about. While it does clean very effectively and always removes stains just fine, it also requires fabric softener to be used with it for non-rough clothing. The other thing about it is that while its marketed as non-bio, I find that its not nearly as good as Fairy non bio washing powder that I normally use. In fact, washing with Persil Non Bio I find that when I put on t-shirts and socks in particular, it itches very bad due to my eczema and skin sensitivity.

In addition to the above, the tablets are often broken inside the packets and thus tend to fall out or otherwise seep through the net thats also inside the pack. That means less washing powder for your clothes unless you fill the net inside the drum (good luck with that). And while you'd think that due to its brittleness it would dissolve well, you are mistaken, as I regularly find patches of white powder on my air dried socks due to these tablets.

Considering that they are just as pricey as the other big brands (Ariel, Fairy), I'd stay away from this one. I only bought a 48 pack because it was cheap and I do regret it.

Summary: If there's no other choice, go for it, else, try another type
