Advantages: Cleans clothes and smells great

Disadvantages: none

I have been using Persil non biological for several months and I am very happy with the product.

The washing powder is packaged in a cardboard box. It has the Persil name in a bright red. There is a picture of a man with a baby running towrds you. The powder is dispensed from the side of the packet. You push in the tab and lift up to dispense.

I have delicate skin and this powder is approved by the British skin foundation. It is dermatologically tested. I have never had any skin irritations when using this powder.

The size box that I buy is 950g and does 10 washes. The box contains instructions as to how much of the powder is needed. This takes into consideration the type of water you have in your area. You can also use the powder for handwashing clothes.

I normally wash my clothes on a 40 degree wash. I find that the powder washes the clothes very well and am very happy with the results. The coloured clothes remain bright in colour and white clothes are very bright white. Often I do not use the recommended amount of powder and the this makes the box last longer and the clothes are still as clean.

I often use the powder to do small handwashes and I find the powder is very effective. You do need to use quite a high temperature water though to dissolve the powder. Which is sometimes a bit too hot to dip your hands in to do the wash.

I also love the smell of the washing powder it is very fresh. I love the smell as I hang out the washing. I also like the fact that the clothes stay smelling fresh after they have dried.

I will continue to use this product as I am very happy with the results.

The 950g box that I buy cost around £2.30.
There are larger box sizes available which are often most economical.
The powder is available from supermarkets.

Summary: Fresh clean and safe
