One thing you need over Christmas is a good supply of washing up liquid. In fact it was last Christmas that I discovered Persil Washing up liquid, up until then I always thought that Persil was only good for washing clothes. In truth nothing could part me from beloved Fairy. That was until I went to my local co-op and they had none. My eyes lit up, what would I do. I had over three days of washing up to do.

That?s when I cam across Persil and the rest they say is history.

PRODUCT
Persil washing up liquid is an excellent product. It?s not your cheap stuff and it?s not watery. Nice and thick you only need to use a small amount to get your pans clean. As for tougher stains simply soak for a couple of minutes and rinse off. The good thing is no scrubbing is needed. Hooray I hear you say. Yes, no scrubbing the oven dish on Boxing Day.

RESULTS
Compared to Fairy which is the benchmark of any good washing up liquid. I would say Persil washing up liquid is just as good. The dishes are left sparklingly clean and they smell nice. The good thing about this washing up liquid is that you can wash your dishes effortlessly and quickly, lets face it no one likes to be tied to the kitchen sink.

SMELL
Fairy may have the nice lemon scent but Peril as got this minty type aroma which leaves your dishes smelling elegantly nice. Don?t worry the mint isn?t strong and therefore won?t knock any of the guests out.
Even your hands will benefit if you use this washing up liquid, they won?t be left all crumpled instead nice and soft. And don?t worry if you have sensitive skin, the ingredients in the washing up liquid are intended to cater for your sensitivity. So no excuses not to do the washing up then!

COST
You can buy a medium sized bottle of Persil Washing up liquid for £1.50 which is just a bit more than Fairy. But like Fairy it will last you a quite a long time. It?s available from all supermarkets and most co-op. You can
even get 25 p off token which come with a bottle if you purchase Persil.

OVERALL
If like me you used to always stick to Fairy, then try Persil. It?s just as good at cleaning your dishes if not better. The good thing is that you spend less time washing with Persil, grease and grime is washed away with ease. Leaving you more time to do something of interest.
