Advantages: easy to use non mess

Disadvantages: ?

Prittstick. I think dooyoo made a spelling mistake never seen blue pritt stick glue stick yes blue stick no .

I have used many a tube of prittstick in my lifetime so I thought I would tell you about it I expect all of you know of prittstick .

Prittstick is non-toxic solid adhesive glue inside a wide tube. Prittstick is made by Bostick and the retail price between 80p and £1. There are a lot of similar glue sticks made by different people but prittstick is one of the better adhesives.
Pritstick is paper glue. It is ideal if you only want to stick a few pieces of paper together.

It is perfect to use with children, as it is not messy. Take the screw lid of the plastic tube containing the stick of glue and twist the dial at the bottom of the tube that pushes up the solid stick of glue, only push up a little of the glue stick other wise if you expose to much it might break of. Rub this glue on to the surface of paper you wish to stick hands do not get messy as you are holding the plastic outer tube. Stick the paper together and it will stick immediately drying very quickly.

There are lots of uses for prittstick.

Might I suggest one or two for entertaining your young bored children in the remainder of the Christmas hol’s ?
We all get lots of Christmas cards from our friends. What do you do with your cards? Do you save them to make gift labels for next year? Some charities collect them. Do you send them in to your Childs school or do you just throw them in the rubbish?
Why not let your child practice cutting skills (scissor skills are quite difficult (need to supervise those early learners)) and cut the pictures out of the cards and then use Pritstick to glue them onto a sheet of paper to make a large collage or they could stick their favourite Christmas cards into a scrap book.
Happy sticking best wishes Mary
