The outer edge of a plate has a blue gingham check border Then the rest of the rim of the plate is yellow with some small pictures of apples honey , cherries and two pictures of pooh bear . There is also some writing "Pooh is very hungry". The inner base is white with a picture of Pooh and piglet having a honey picnic on a blue gingham square. I know someone who as an adult still loves Winnie the Pooh fairly recently they had a baby and I bought the baby a Winnie the Pooh plate made by Doulton potteries . Winnie the Pooh adorns many children's plates and cups bowls mugs. Royal Doulton make several plates with different pictures of Pooh bear on them . The plates I am talking about today are bone china and fragile so maybe a gift for the older baby or for baby when he/she is being watched. This plate has a diameter of 20 cm .
