Advantages: nice smell, good price

Disadvantages: foam disperses from my machine

I have bought Cyclon washing tablets on two occasions and have been impressed with the price and the smell for a shops own brand (Safeway).

Sadly each time I have used the tablets my kitchen turns into a foam party - with foam pouring out of the bottom and top tray of my washing machine.

Each time I have taken my tablets back to Safeway's they have treated me well and given me double my money back without question. Each time they have sent my batch of tablets off to the lab to try to find out what the problem is but to date i have no knowledge of WHY! this happens.

I only ever did as instructed on the box and my water is fine. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
