Ok, it took me two days to figure out how to remove the stopper, infact I was gona give up on it or maybe ring my friend as a last resort. The idea is to slip a flat somewhat pointy object just under the lid such as my hair clip to yank it open as soon as its half way out the vase its easy to get out. Suppose the good thing about it is that it was well packaged so it was unlikely to leak at all.

The Sanctuary Sparkling Bergamot Fragrance Diffuser was recieved as a late birthday gift off my friend along with other pampering goodies. It comes packaged in a lime green box with a pattern of birds and plants with a transparent section to view the item in question, the glass vase and in the right hand corner 12 reeds. Instructions and warnings are mentioned on the back of the box along with a picture of how it should look. The glass vase itself has the same pattern of the birds and plants on and is transparent.
