OUST THAT SMELL (SC Johnson Oust)

I usually use value range air freshners as I have two freshmatics downstairs, I use a air freshner only after housework as I like the actual action of spraying in a clean tidy room. Strange woman I know.

Anyway I brought Oust as it was on offer for £1 at my local shop, Although it was still 70p over my usual cheapie can.

I have just got a puppy and he has that puppy smell which you either love or hate.
I personally prefer the new baby smell not a new puppy smell.

I thought the odour eliminator would come in handy to mask the scent he gives off and also the smell of strong foods such as onion and fish, which tend to linger for hours.

Cost....

As I have said I brought it for one pound but Oust can be brought at tescos for £1.65.
I find that very expensive, I personally would rather save a few pennies and buy the cheaper ones regardless on how well it works.

Packaging....

Oust comes in an upright areosol can with the spray coming from the very top of it. The scent I got was clean scent which is a light blue lid. The picture on the can is of a washing line and clean laundry.

What it does...

On the can it says that it Eliminates odours without just marsking.
It works by having a special formula that neutralises bad odour molecules in the air, leaving the air fresh.

Does it work....

On using i found that it does have a lovely clean scent which is quite strong. It does seem to get rid of bad odours better than my cheapie sprays however this could be because the scent is stronger.

I would buy this again if and only if I did not have my freshmatics as I think these keep bad smells at bay very well.

And if you air your home regular, you will tend to banish most bad smells by doing just that.

Summary: Ok product with a heafty price.
