Silvo Silver Polish Wadding

When you read this review do not be tempted to think that I have a stash of silver! I am so sorry to disappoint anyone but I buy it to clean a couple of trinket boxes that I class as `The family silver!` I must be abnormal, well I know im abnormal! I love cleaning brass or silver, I find it quite therapeutic. Years ago I always used the liquid cleaner, but the wadding if far easier, less messy and you only need use a tiny bit to clean with. -0-DURAGLIT SILVO WADDING -0- My experience of using 'Silvo Wadding' spans about 12 years. I used to be an Antique dealer and spent many hours happily cleaning silver and silver plate items to sell. I started out using the Silvo pink cream polish which was quite hard work and always took a few applications to really get the dirt out of the silver and bring out the true colour and shine of the metalware. I opened the drawers in the old, old house and discovered some dull tarnished lifeless cutlery. I remember the days over 30 years ago when the spoons in this draw shone and I could see my reflection, I remember well 40 years ago when the light caught the blade of the knife and the gleam dazzling my eyes.
