... thought as this has been developed specially for sensitive skin. Not that I suffer at the moment with sensitive hands, but I did do many years ago.So I know what that can feel like and the tenderness it can cause. Now this has a screw on flip top lid, which when held upside down allows a quick clear liquid to run out. It is quite runny compared to the usual Fairy that I usually use, and really doesn't seem to have any smell whatsoever. On pouring a little squirt into a bowl of hot water I am surprised how soapy an...more

Premium Review Surcare Washing Up Liquid: SURCARE SUREGOOD! (500 words)

Getting a bit fed up with the usual brightly coloured washing up liquids like Fairy, with the choice of fragrances like Pink Petals,Apples, Cleaneucalyptus and Cleanlime, the novelty has worn off and I want one that is all grown up and sensible!! So on spotting this on my Morrisons shelf it was just what I was looking for, as well as only being 66p, this didn't say that this was on a special offer or anything like that, so I don't know what the proper price is as this seems very cheap for such a good product. Now what caught my eye was the sensible packaging, in a white shiney plastic bottle (which is recycleable) with a pale blue label on the front ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Kind to hands (328 words)

I have been suffering with very dry hands this week so after a trip to the supermarket I tried this washing up liquid. It is called Sur care and is described as being sensitive for sensitive skin. The washing up liquid is packaged in a very basic way. It is in a white plastic bottle with a picture of a babe in Mothers arms. It has Sur care written across the front of the bottle. It has an easy to use flip lid. The liquid itself is very pleasant. It is rather strange though as it is unperfumed. This is very unusual as most of the washing up liquids I have used have a very fresh or fruity smell. Still I guess the adding of perfume can make the liquid more ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Surcare Washing Up Liquid: Surcare - Surely the best care for my hands (203 words)

I have been using Surcare now for about 6 months after finding my hands had started to become very dry after doing any washing up and i don't particularly like rubber gloves. My mother suffers from Eczema on her hands so i think this why i might have started to suffer from the dryness. I noticed an improvement straight away from using Surcare and find it is just as good as any of the leading washing up brands out there, its unfragranced which i prefer as sometimes i felt the dishes could taste a little of washing up liquid if used immediately after washing with my previous brand and you don't need to use a lot, it bubbles up well and cleans the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review For us sensitive ones out there! (1105 words)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Surcare sensitive washing up liquid is another gem of a find I want to share with you. As many of you know I suffer quite badly with very sensitive skin and get irritable eczema from time to time. I am always very careful what products I use and had been quite happy with original Fairy washing up liquid. However after a recent promotion at Sainsburys I tried Fairy’s latest love child, Fairy Naturals, thinking (stupidly) that something natural couldn’t possibly cause any aggravation. I was very wrong though and got angry blotches on my skin. Anyone that suffers ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Surcare Washing Up Liquid: Let your finger do the washing (265 words)
by - written on 30/01/09 (Very useful, 126 readings)

I first used Surcare washing up liquid six months ago but I have somehow drifted back to using Fairy washing up liquid. I believe it was because of a special promotion. I don't wear gloves for washing, I like to feel the plate to make sure there is no grease on it. It is a habit my mother have instill in me, ' your fingers will tell you if the plate is clean'. However, prolonged washing with bare hands is making my hands dry. I decide to revert back to Surcare washing up liquid. Marketed by Robert Mcbride Ltd, Surcare is available in most supermarkets. Surcare Washing Up liquid is perfume free as they believe that some perfume ingredients cause ...  Read the complete review
