Advantages: good for skin

Disadvantages: need to use more

I first used Surcare washing up liquid six months ago but I have somehow drifted back to using Fairy washing up liquid. I believe it was because of a special promotion.

I don't wear gloves for washing, I like to feel the plate to make sure there is no grease on it. It is a habit my mother have instill in me, ' your fingers will tell you if the plate is clean'. However, prolonged washing with bare hands is making my hands dry.

I decide to revert back to Surcare washing up liquid. Marketed by Robert Mcbride Ltd, Surcare is available in most supermarkets. Surcare Washing Up liquid is perfume free as they believe that some perfume ingredients cause sensitive reaction to some, hence the dermatologically tested product is suitable for sensitive skin. The white bottle and the colourless washing up liquid make this product look clinical. Every bottle of Surcare contains 500ml of washing up liquid.

I remembered why I bought Surcare before when I start using the washing up liquid yesterday. Instantly, I could feel the difference to my skin. My hands feel softer, no more tightness and dryness. It definitely live up to their claim of using only ingredients that is kind to our skin.

However, I need to use more washing up liquid to clean the dishes as compared to using Fairy washing up liquid. Is this false economy?

I guess for 86p per bottle and for the sake of my skin, I would rather use Surcare for long term protection.

Summary: I will use this for long term skin protection
