Advantages: Okay for a quick dusting

Disadvantages: Doesn't clean and far too expensive

I bought some Swiffer cleaning cloths as a trial before spending money on the complete system and I am a little disappointed in them.

They do pick up dust, but not exactly as their televisions adverts would have them. I was looking forward to seeing the dust "leap" on to the cloth.. but it didn't.

In a house with small children, the dusting isn't too effective as there is no cleaning element to it. It does remove dust but then I need to get the old yellow duster and polish out to remove sticking marks.

I'm glad I only bought the pack of cloths as I would be devastated if I'd spent money on the "mop" system.
