Cleaning is always a massive chore for me. I hate doing it whether it is the kitchen, bathroom or living room. But there is one product that makes it that little bit more tolerable: Tesco Anti-Bacterial Multi Action Wipes

*About the Product*

These citrus anti-bacterial wipes claim to do the following:
- effective, hygienic cleaning
- wipes to kill bacteria including E.coli, listeria and salmonella (when used as directed)

*Application*

To clean surfaces effectively, you should wipe the surface vigorously removing all traces of soiling. Leave the surface to air dry and if required repeat with a new wipe. Make sure that when you have finished with the wipes, you reseal the pack properly. This will stop them from drying out and rendering them useless.

*Price and Availability*

Tesco Anti=Bacterial Multi Action Wipes can be purchased only from Tesco stores or online at www.tesco.com. Unfortunately they aren't available to buy elsewhere although I have found that they are always well stocked and most people have a Tesco store reasonably close to them.

You can buy these wipes for £1.80. This is a reasonable price for 120 regular sized antibacterial wipes especially in comparison to branded alternatives. I'll opt for these every time as there isn't a great deal of different in quality.

*My Opinion*

The packaging: These anti-bacterial wipes come in a white and yellow plastic packets. To take out a wipe, you pull back the resealable tab that can be located in the centre of the packet. Looking after this tab is key to ensuring that the wipes are kept fresh and wet. You need to make sure that you put the tab back properly each time you take out a wipe otherwise it will lose its stickiness very quickly and make the wipes dry and useless.

The wipes: These anti-bacterial wipes are suitable to use in most rooms in the house. They are a decent thickness as they don't fall apart even when used vigorously to clean the dirtiest surfaces, although generally the wipes are effective without too much pressure required. The smell of these wipes is where I am completely won over. The wipes are with natural citrus extracts and this is evident in the scent. It is a lovely lemon fragrance that leaves wherever it is you have just cleaned smelling and looking fresh. What I particularly liked about these wipes is the fact that they have a perforated line that allows you to split them into 2 smaller wipes. This handy for when you don't feel a larger size is necessary.

How effective are the wipes? This is the question that you really want the answer to isn't it? Well, you'll glad to hear that these are great. The effectiveness of these anti-bacterial wipes is superb. I use them to clean everything from the windowsill in my bedroom to the sink in my bathroom. They are ideal for lazy cleaners like myself who do not like to get out numerous different bottles and sponges etc.

The wipes are very convenient and what is even better is that they don't take up a lot of room in your cupboard compared to the space that several bottles would. They do take a fair amount of time to dry, between 1and 2 minutes but I don't need to use the room that I am cleaning generally so it is never really that big an issue for me. The feel that is left on the surface or item that you have cleaned is normal. Unlike some wipes that I have used in the past, you aren't left with a tacky or sticky feeling.

Longevity of the product: This will really depend on how frequently you use them. In our household, a packet usually lasts us just over a month but again, it depends on how thorough you are with your cleaning and how often you do it.

*Would I Recommend These Wipes?*

Do you hate cleaning but also hate dirt and grime? If yes, then these wipes are definitely perfect for you. I absolutely despise wasting my time cleaning but it is a necessity unfortunately. So to make it easier on yourself, I recommend the purchase of these wipes. Not only are they reasonably priced, they are easy to use and very effective in making it look like you have spend a lot of time and effort in cleaning, when in fact it hasn't taken you that long at all.

*Overall*

Tesco Anti-Bacterial Multi Action Wipes are fantastic. Whoever came up with the idea of making cleaning so much easier deserves a medal. You won't spend an entire day scrubbing away with lots of different bottles, cloths and sponges anymore if you use these wipes and for that alone, I am grateful. A thank you goes to Tesco for making them affordable and efficient.
