Advantages: Everything.... I like the thin none oiliness this has to it and the fact it is only 29p a bottle
Disadvantages: Whether it kills germs is debatable
When it comes to bleach its something that I always like to have in my home. I hate the thought of germs particularly in my toilet and so always have some in a cupboard to hand.
Being on a budget at the moment I am trying out cheaper products to usual after all I wanna have enough money to go pubbing and clubbing with friends as often as possible and so when I spotted this Tesco Value Thin Bleach at only 29p a bottle for a rather large bottle of the stuff I decided to give it a go!
The Packaging:
The packaging is very simple and basic of this product. The bottle is white and plastic with a red push down and twist cap/lid to the top of it. On the front of the bottle and in red, blue and white writing we are told that it is Tesco Value Thin Bleach. On the back of the bottle other information listed includes being given the ingredients, warnings and instructions on ways it can be used as well as contact details for Asda as well as lots of information listed in foreign languages and the size stated which is 2 litres. Like I have mentioned already this is a simple looking bottle however I do like that there is an integrated handle although the bottle is heavy until some is used!
Using This:
Well this bleach is transparent and has a rich aroma of bleach to it. It is thin and none oily and rather watery in its consistency. You can use this in any way that you would usually use bleach making sure of course that it doesn't come into contact with fabrics and if it does with your skin you do need to wash it off.
I use this for pretty much everything I would with any bleach. This is suitable for soaking whites in prior to washing them, on work tops and in toilets, around sinks and baths and to clean floors with etc. Like I say anything you would usually use bleach for and it can be diluted or used neat.
I really like this bleach. The fragrance of this bleach doesn't linger too much and I find it to effectively clean my home well. To remove stubborn stains, it does a great job and I pop a little of this neat into my toilet overnight to kill germs though if it doesn't I don't know as I can't see dead germs! Its nice to use around the sink and even brings up my stainless steel taps well. I like a little of this diluted in water to clean my lino with a mop over my kitchen and bathroom and I wipe over a little of this over bins and door handles...again to kill germs.
This offers great value for money and I think its decent quality too and so it gets the thumbs up from me!
