Tesco’s bleach
I am running out of ideas for products to write about and I spied this and yes I do use Tesco’s bleach have two different kinds at the moment.

First one the cheapest Tesco value thin bleach.17 p I think.
Comes packaged in a thick plastic white bottle containing 2 litres. The bottle has blue and red writing on it.
Pours out easily and quickly, a clear fluid. Very, very, thin, and runny.

Effectiveness Yes its good at cleaning my sink quick and easily, I sometimes pour a little down my sink, drain if it is unpleasant clean the toilet with it, seems to clean and cure the pongs. Gets rid of tea stains if I soak my tea mugs with it for a short time. I bleached some white handkerchiefs with it last week as they has gone blue/grey, left in jeans pocket I think, So I would rate tescos thin bleach a good economic everyday bleach Oh it says do not mix with other toilet cleaners. When my grandchild gets crawling /troddling must put it in a safe place so he can not get it.Yes I will continue to buy it

Tesco’s Thick bleach, citrus.
Husband bought this thought it might be better than value.
This is more expensive cannot remember how much more.
Comes in a bright yellow plastic bottle containing 2 litres has red and green lettering.
Pours out slowly it is a thick viscous (gloupy) liquid You are not as likely to use too much.

Effectiveness Yes its good at cleaning the same as the thin bleach It does have a slight citrus smell. It is easier to pour out a small amount so maybe it lasts longer I think it was 70 or 90p though can’t remember will check when next in Tesco’s.
Shall I to buy it again ? No not worth the extra.I always pour out more than I need anyway.

Thanks for reading must go and make tea in my nicely bleached kitchen now.

I don't know why thick bleach is supposed to be better than thin bleach. A marketing ploy?

As chief bog and nasty bits cleaner in our house I buy the thick stuff and dilute it.

Thick bleach is bulkier and falls off surfaces, only the initial coating does any good.

If thin bleach is cheaper , buy it.

Time is also a factor. The longer bleach stays in contact undisturbed, the more good it does, or so I guess.

I do like bleach, is this sad?

Don't care!

Very informative op, considering you're scraping the barrel for topics!
