With my son having pack lunches at school, I found myself needing to find ways to contain his food in the lunch box. I decided on the Tesco sandwich bags as this is where I usually do my shopping so it was convenient to order them. For £1.57 I was greeted with 60 fair sized bags, and these will last us for at least a month as only one of my children use them so far. They do have many different storage uses, but I mainly use them for keeping sandwiches fresh, and storing other nibbles in my son's lunch bag. They are very easy to pull out of the box through the allotted opening which is easily opened when you first receive the box. Then each bag is very easy to pull ... Read the complete review

My son has a packed lunch for his school dinners and so I have to have a form of food bag in all of the time really. I will buy them from anywhere really but I am not keen on the ones which you tie with a little plastic fastener as they seem too much of a faff for me really so I will buy ones with tie tops or a press and seal fastening for ease of use usually. The ones I am using currently are the Tesco press and seal food bags which I have used many times before as well. The food bags come in a recycled cardboard box which is also recyclable again once empty! The packaging is quite simple really and simply tells us that this is a Tesco product, that there ... We have been buying and using Tesco Fresh Seal Sandwich bags now for over a year. We used them regulary most weekdays and sometimes on weekends, depending on what we are doing as family, They come in a cardboard box of sixty bags and for this you pay £1.40. So, that's pretty good value I think because these are decent and strong bags and just as good, if not better than the branded types you can get. Each bag is slightly opaque in colour but you can still see your sandwiches inside and they are about 20cm x 20cm though I haven't measured them, I'm guessing. Each bag has a green seal for keeping the contents fresh. We use them for our son ... Read the complete review

Ever since my Josh started school back in 2002, I've always sent him to school with a packed lunch for dinner time. Well that's not strictly true as when he first started I paid for school dinners for his very first week. But ever since I have been sending him with a packed lunch. He hated school dinners and didn't eat anything at all at school. This is why I buy these Tesco press and seal sandwich bags. ~Tesco Press And Seal Sandwich Bags~ These sandwich bags come in a recycled cardboard box, which has a perforated edge to enable me to be able to remove the bags from the box easily one by one. There are 60 bags in the box which are slightly ... Read the complete review

It is no surprise that in our home we go through quite a few sandwich bags. Being that there are only two of us, we still manage to go through at least 3 bags a day that being for my husband's large lunch and for my daily sandwich needs. Whilst I will usually opt for sandwich bags from the cheapest range in the supermarket I was recently caught out with them being out of stock, and so turned to these Tesco Press 'N' Seal Bags instead. The sandwich bags are neatly packaged in a box which is a great feature in my opinion as it allows the sandwich bags to be neatly stored in a kitchen drawer in between uses. The box is cream in colour and depicts a picture of a ... Read the complete review
