Before I start I would like to point out that these Tesco tumble dryer sheets come under the heading on Dooyoo as "Summer" but my ones I bought say "Spring" and when I went to put these on Dooyoo, Tesco's are calling them "Summer" but show a box that say's "Spring" all a little confusing ( they seem to put different seasons on their boxes at certain times of the year!), so I hope that I have sorted that out before I begin!.

I noticed that some of my clothes have become very static lately and I put it down to the amount of tumble drying I'm having to do at the moment.I'm using a decent washing gel with a two in one, so I can't understand what's going on, but it is seriously making my hair stand on end (Ken Dodd hair is not a good look!), so something needs to be done!. I do remember an old tip that I had read somewhere that sliding a tumble dryer sheet over your hair gets rid of the static, so it may come to me using these wipes on my head instead of in the tumble dryer!!.

So off I trotted to Tesco's again and went on the search for my old favourites of years ago and that was a box of Bounce Tumble Sheets ( I was dreading what they cost now they were a small fortune then!) I used to buy these all the time in the winter when my children were small, but had stopped using them over the years. Well I looked everywhere in the cleaning aisle and all I could find was these Tesco Spring Fresh tumble dryer sheets, they didn't even stock "Bounce" so I don't know if they still exist.

Well that was a blessing in disguise as these only cost 95p for 40 sheets, so I thought I would give these a try. On opening the box you are met with a lovely fresh really clean smell. Each sheet is white and looks like a very thin J-cloth, it measures 9 inches X just over 6 inches. One sheet on it's own smells really lovely, so I have really high hopes of these.

I placed one in the tumble and switched on, an hour later I removed my washing, now it was soft, but I do use a 2 in one so that could be part of it, but I haven't noticed the towels feeling as soft as this in the past. The static had definitely disappeared, but I was not picking up any of the scent from the tumble sheet on my clothes ( having said that I do have a really bad cold at the moment so maybe that's the reason!).

All in all I would say these are a really good buy if you are suffering from static clothes and sticking up hair!

As with all perfumed things these do recommend that you do not use these on childrens sleepwear or any clothing that is labelled as flame resistant, as it may reduce the effect of the flame resistance. Once handling these sheets you should wash your hands.
