Advantages: works as good as the expensive brands, gets clothes really clean, smells nice
Disadvantages: only sold in tescos
Tescos had an offer of Bio tablets for stain removal at the weekend and as I am a sucker for a bargain I thought that I would have a go. These work with whatever your water hardness is like. The number of tablets change with the size of the stain or state of your washing. Two tablets for most washes unless you have heavy stains then you can use 3 or if you have a son like mine that inspects any whites for a speck of dirt and then says its not clean. Yes he will be doing it himself soon. I know most of you know how to use these tablets but if you are used to powder then what you do is put the tablets into the little net bag that they give you and then put the lot into the wash. Dont use the tablets without the net or put them in the draw of your machine. These are recommended for getting rid of stains of grass, ketchup, margarine or butter, motor oil, blood, coffee, tea and lipstick. I wont say my family are a grubby lot but yes this week it has proved that it gets all those things out! They smell nice and leave washing smelling nice. It is no good having clean washing and not liking the smell of the powder. I paid £1.99 for 18. These are cheaper than a lot of tablets but they work just as good and in my eyes better than a lot on the market and it saves me having to use a powder and then buy something like Ace to get rid of the stains so yes it is much cheaper.
