My sister and I are always on the look out for a bargain product. Our motto is "cheap and nasty...just how we like it" so when I was recently in Tesco I found myself in the cleaning products isle as I needed some new cleaning fluid to use in the kitchen. I have used Jif (or as we say now ..cif) many times and have always really rated its cleaning ability. Cream cleaner in my opinion just seems to work better on kitchen surfaces than some of the sprays.

Having considered the Cif cream and other comparables I was struck by how expensive they were and flicked my eyes around to see if I could find my "cheap and nasty". I spotted the Tesco value cream cleaner and couldnt believe the price. 32pence for 500ml. Al the other branded cream cleaners were in the region of a pound or over. I decided to give it a go.

The tesco value cream cleaner has a really pleasant smell. Its lemony without being cloyingly so. The consistency is just like Cif, no difference. I only needed to leave the cleaner on the areas I was cleaning for a couple of minutes before my cloth easily swept over dried on stains and removed them with ease. There was no need for scrubbing or any real elbow grease. It worked brilliantly.

The only problem with the cleaner is one that is common to all cream cleaners. You need to rinse the surfaces a few times to take all the residue cream off but the plus side is you really dont need to use much in the first place so the 500ml botlle will last me for ages. And the real plus..its 32 pence, a real real bargain that I would honestly use in preference to other kitchen cleaners even the super modern sprays. You just dont need to spend the money on them, save it for other things.

You can use tesco value cream cleaner in the kitchen and bathroom. Its brilliant at removing soapy residues from the shower and it brings the bath up a treat (as long as you rinse well)

Give it a try. I doubt you'll use a more expensive product again.
