Advantages: cleans fairly well

I think this week my shopping basket must have contained about 60% of value goods.

Another product which I hadn't tried before was the value kitchen roll - I must say I don't tend to buy the value products in this part of the range as I see them as a bit of false economy - they tend to be of such poor quality that you end up using twice as much as you would a standard brand.

I don't think this kitchen towel is quite as bad as this - but it certainly wasn't up to the standard of my usual brand either.

The trend now is for plain white kitchen towel so to be honest if this was on your work top no-one would instanmtly say that it was cheap. The only way you would notice would be when you pulled a sheet off. the texture is much harder and more like paper than my usual brand.

It did soak up the usual spills a mess on the work top without too much hassle - but I still found it less effective than my usual brand and I really want something I can rely on.

Summary: An Ok kitchen roll - but I 'll probably go back to my usual brand
