I've tried many of Tesco's own products over the years to try and keep on budget for my shopping list. Many of the items I have stuck with and I have to say that Tesco washing up liquid is one of them. It does the same job as other washing up liquids on the market, it has a nice floral smell and a little squirt goes a long way.

There are a variety of fruity scents to choose from including original, spring apple, lime and ginger, citrus and lavender. The cost is slightly different for each one because of the different ingredients but on average it's about 70 pence for a 500ml bottle.

The washing up liquid comes in a clear bottle and has two labels on (front and back) with clear instructions of how to use. A little squirt added to warm water will usually do an average meal time amount of plates and dishes. I find that I have to buy this every 3-4 months but that with just two people in the household. The dishes are always squeaky clean and I find I rarely have to soak items.

Overall, I would recommend this product, it smells nice, leaves dishes clean, only need to use a small amount and it's cheap. Give tesco's washing up liquid a go, with many varieties to choose from and with it doing just as good a job as other more expensive brands, save a bit of money and use this. Look out for special offers on the product.
