Advantages: triple and stronger than average rolls

I must admit our family seem to go through a lot of toilet rolls! So when I saw that they were selling 12 toilet rolls for the price of 9 I thought no harm in trying Triple Velvet soft pure white. You know the ones, a young boy going on 30 years advertises them.

Toilet paper

The paper itself is 3 tier with the middle layer dimpled and this is the answer to how is this paper so soft. It is also just that little bit stronger than a lot of toilet papers.

What I really like about this paper is the perforated lines between each sheet. Some toilet rolls you get the lines different so you have no line up of the sheet. This does not happen with Triple Velvet.

Because it is strong you dont need to use so many sheets so it does go further than the other toilet rolls.

Specification

The average number of sheets on a roll is 200 so the wrapper says but I have never actually counted it.
The size is 120mm x 109mm and if you are really interested the total area is 31.39 sqm, average roll length 24.0m.

Use

Of course this is bought for toilet paper but in our house it also has a lot of extra uses. Look in the glove department of my sons car and you will find a roll that he keeps there for when he wipes the dipstick when checking the oil. Also for windscreen clearing. He says its good as it does not deteriorate into tiny pieces.

My daughters always grab some for make up use and even for wiping a steamed up mirror in the bathroom.

Other uses are for spillage, blotting lipstick, wiping round anything and even used as a tissue.

Velvet is very ecco friendly. For every tree they use they do replace 3.You can also recycle the bag which the toilet rolls come in.
