I bought this product as I thought it would help solve the problem of having a white rug which doesn't seem to mix well with having two naughty little cats. It's probably our fault for having bought a rug in such an impractical colour in the first place, but as soon as we got it, our cats made a bee-line for it, tramping their dirty paws all over it. Now it has to be said I did have a love affair with all things 'Vanish' until I met this pink deceiving harlot! Marketed by 'Reckitt Benckiser' and made in Poland, this 'Oxi Action' version of an old favourite 'Carpet & Upholstery Stain Remover' promised many things within her 500ml plastic pink encased and trigger spray topped body - all of them temptingly good! When we bought our present house 6 years ago we were lucky enough to have been left with great carpets throughout - not exactly our taste in colour - but fantastic quality. The hall & stairs are carpeted in a deep beige, but thanks to a thick mat outside & a 'Magimat' inside the front door we had managed to keep carpet clean & I used the carpet shampooer every 6 weeks or so just to freshen it up. We have been experiencing the joys of potty training lately so as you can imagine there have been a few accidents here and there. At this exact moment I am pretty paranoid that my house stinks of wee but I've been assured it doesn't! I've had this in the cupboard for quite a while.
