Advantages: Works well for daily dirt on white shirts

Disadvantages: Doesn't do well on anything tomatoe based

This spray claims to remove even dried on stains regardless of the temperature you are going to wash them in. It is suitable to use on most materials apart from wool, sik and leather but not on items for dry clean only.

Both my son and hubby wear a white shirt each day so I need a spray that will remove all the grime that seems to appear on the collar and cuff area.

I have to say this is one of the few products that does do that though I do think some of their claims are a little overrated.

1st claim - Removes even tough dried out stains.

I have not found this to be true in the majority of cases. Especially tomatoe based stains - it seems to have a real problem removing these.

2nd claim - WOW one solution.

If by this they mean it only needs to be used once and the stain is gone - this is also not correct from my experience. Sometimes on stubborn FRESH stains I have had to use it two or three times - if it hasn't come out by the third attemp I GIVE UP!

3rd claim - whatever challenge you face, vanish oxi action multi has the answer.

This is rather an exageration as it does not remove all stains - thats a fact!

Having said that, it does appear from my useage, to be safe on white and coloureds and they do also state in smaller letters that it works on a wide range of stains - this would be nearer to the truth!

It is very easy to use, turn the nozzle to the on position, spray over the stained area, allow to soak in for no more than 5 minutes and wash as normal.

The stains I have found it works well on are coffee, tea, blood, daily grime build up on white shirts, white wine, gravy.

It works to a degree on sweat stains - but not if there is a build up.

The stains I feel it does not work well on are anything tomato based, red wine, biro or oil.

It is priced at £2.93 for 500ml. I tend to get through a bottle every two weeks but then each week I have a minimum of 10 shirts to spray which is where I usually use it.

It is a good spray for daily grime on shirts and is the best for that job I have found, for that reason I will continue buying it.

Summary: Worthwhile if you have white shirts to wash daily.
