The mop works as well as any other of its kind, no better or worse. The problem was the handle, it came in 3 parts which pushed together, even the slightest pressure on the handle caused it to bend or come apart & anyone who has used this type of mop knows pressure has to be applied to wring the thing out.The floor is left almost dry to its credit. Having recently progressed from a carpeted kitchen to a wooden floor I now had the need to buy a mop, I purused my local Homebase which sells several different mop systems to see what was on offer. I settled on the Vileda complete system due to its brand name & reputation. In the box was the mop,handle,bucket plus as a special all in one deal a pair of rubber gloves,bottle of Stardrops (see seperate review on this superb product),a special glass cleaning cloth & a pan scrubber, all this for £9.99 which was cheaper than the mop & bucket on its own!
