I began burning this candle as soon as I returned from my holiday and found that it burned really evenly without creating a strange well in the middle, which happens with some candles and leaves me frustrated that I don't get to use all the wax as the wax around the edges wont melt! I was really happy to say this is definitely not the case with this candle. I bought this candle on a recent holiday as I thought it was a really fresh daytime scent, which I could burn on cooler summer evenings without feeling I was tempting in winter too soon! I bought the 48gram candle, which comes in a glass jar with white screwtop plastic lid. It cost me around £6. The scents in this candle are Japanese Saijo Persimmon, layered with peach and redcurrant, which gives it it's fruity fresh and light scent.
