      A budget conditioner with effect

#Wilko Pure Concentrated Fabric Conditioner -The value conditioner !!# I use fabric conditioner extensively and on my last trip to Wilkinson on my I was considering a bargain deal. I saw the bottle on the shelf and pulled it straight to my cart with an intention to try something new. The packaging is decent if you consider a low price own branded product. The bottle is a shed of whitish blue kind of colour with the name PURE written quite clearly. I used it during my weekend washing and let me tell you I was really impressed with the fresh smell of the liquid. This ensured that clothes release a burst of fragrance. I did use a capful of the liquid and would say that it is reasonably thick if not purely concentrated thick. Once my clothes had dried, they offered a soft feeling and I could still smell the fragrance on them. I would not say that they look completely new but there was a definite impact of Wilko conditioner. My only apprehension was about how good this will be while ironing ?To my surprise I find that this fabric conditioner does make it easier for ironing without giving you any hard time. he only problem I have found with it is that sometimes there can be a smear of it left on dark clothing, particularly slippery fabrics like polyester. I have had to wash the items again which is a pain but it hasn't happened that often so I haven't been put off buying the product. In summary, I think these are brilliant budget conditioner. This 750ml bottle costing around £1 stands tall when compared to expensive branded products. I will definitely include this in my next shopping list.

      Great alternative to Comfort

I don't use fabric conditioner with every wash, and I am a bit on/off when it comes to buying it, as I don't see it as an essential. I had bought a couple of cotton tops though, which after only a few washes looked a little worse for wear, and thought perhaps trying a fabric conditioner in with my wash may help things. I have tried many brands over the years, but I do buy Wilkinson's most often, because it's cheap but still good quality. I also usually go for the Pure version, as I do suffer from eczema and this is the gentlest option available as it is not highly fragranced like the others in the range. The fabric conditioner is concentrated which means it comes in a relatively small bottle, which features a picture of a baby on the front. The packaging is actually very similar to that of the Comfort Pure fabric conditioner, a trick lots of the lower priced brands seem to use. The liquid is white in colour and has a really fresh smell. It might seem like a silly thing to say, but the smell reminds me of clean cotton - although the likelihood is, it reminds me of that because I am used to my clothes smelling like this product! The scent is very fresh and gentle and I don't think it would offend anyone. For normal loads of washing only a single capful of this fabric conditioner is required, although they recommend using two if you have a particularly large load of washing. You can also use this when hand washing, but only need around half a capful. After washing, I have found that this seems to prolong the quality of my clothes. As I mentioned, I went back to using fabric conditioner as I wanted to keep my clothes looking newer for longer, and I do think I have achieved this using this product. I find that this makes my clothes smell lovely and fresh too - although the scent is not at all overpowering - and if I hang my clothes on an indoor airer, the whole room is fragranced as my clothes dry. I have never experienced any skin sensitivity since using this. A 750ml bottle of this fabric softener costs just 99p from Wilkinsons stores or online at www.wilkinsonplus.com Compared to the same size bottle of Comfort Pure which retails at £1.54, this is great value. So, in conclusion, I really like this product, I think it's a great budget fabric conditioner and I will continue to buy it.
