I'm a bit lazy when it comes to most household chores so I'm always looking for short cuts and the £3.00 I spent on the Spontex Wonder Window Cloth was intended to save me time and remove some of the hassle out of cleaning windows.

The claim by Spontex is that the cloth is the only thing you need
to clean your windows, there is no need for any additional sprays, liquids or creams.

It is basically a micro fibre cloth that traps the dirt particles and removes any smears and water spots from the glass. I found it works best when slightly damp and certianly it is very effective at leaving my windows clean and smear free.

It does require a fair bit of work though to make sure that you remove all of the marks but it certainly reduces the need to buy any other products which can offset the initial cost of the cloth. I found it works pretty well even after washing the cloth after use in the washing machine although over time the performance did deteriorate and it had to be replaced after about three months but as it made life so easy I did find myself cleaning my windows more often than I used to.
