WHAT IS IT?

A candle in a jar from Yankee Candle with a fruity mango and peach fragrance.  I have got the large jar and it has got a 150 hour promised burn time.

THE FRAGRANCE

This is a beautiful fragrance.  It is one of the most fruity Yankee Candle fragrances that I have tried.  The main smell is a rich and sweet mango but under that is the peach and that gives the fragrance a very juicy fragrance that reminds me of the summer.

WHAT I THINK

This is a beautiful fragrance and I am very happy I bought the jar because it is so strong and fruity.  When I light the candle it doesn't take very long until I can smell the rich and quite soapy smell of mangoes, it appears very quickly and as soon as I notice it I can smell it all the time.  The peach fragrance occurs a little bit later and that makes the mango smell smoother but also sweeter.

The fragrance is so strong that when my candle has been burning for half an hour I can smell it all over my home, it is strongest in the lounge where I keep my candle and I love it when I go into the garden or to the front door because when I come back in it smells stronger than ever.  After I blow my candle out after about three hours the mango and peach fragrance stays very apparent for longer than an hour and then fades slowly so that if I burn it in the early evening the smell lasts until the end of the night.

What I like about this candle as well is the way it neutralises bad smells, I think that is because of the strong mango but it stops bad smells instead of just masking them. When I am changing my baby's nappy it does not smell as bad to me or other people in the room if I am burning this candle at the same time.
