HP Advancestack Hub 24R ... These hubs combine the simplicity of plug-and-play with the performance of switching. As with all HP AdvanceStack products, these hubs are designed to grow as your network needs do by allowing for advanced functionality such as switching, management, routing, dial-in/dial-out access, bridging, and redundant power.

This model is the AdvanceStack 10BT Switching Hub-24R with Management, providing 24 shielded RJ-45 10Base-T ports with flexible architecture that allows partitioning into four fully managed LAN segments. Port switching allows any port on the hub to be placed on any segment in the stack without physically having to move the cable, and segments as small as one are possible. A stack of these hubs will support up to 32 isolated segments in that stack. The hub also contains a recessed transceiver slot for media connectivity, and two expansion bays- one for a management module and one for other advanced features.
