The OmniStack 4000 series is equipped with 16 or 24 10/100 ports; each port supports both Ethernet and Fast Ethernet, or 24 ports Ethernet and Fast Ethernet with 2 uplinks of either Fast Ethernet or Gigabit Ethernet. It also auto-senses the rate of the device attached to it. Various models have sufficient CAM to support up to 1K or 4K MAC-layer addresses.
