Allied Telesyn AT 8400 ... stacked up to 3024 ports with the integrated stacking modules, the AT-8400 passes data packets at an impressive stacked backplane speed of 18 Gbps. This high performance switch is ideal for small and medium enterprises, multi-unit buildings, hospitality, schools, and universities.

Expand your network using one of the many combinations. You can choose your configuration using 10/100 copper cards, gigabit ports or GBIC bays and mix and match accordingly to your needs. For more flexibility, the fixed copper gigabit ports can be used at 10MB, 100MB, or 1000MB speeds. The GBIC bays can be populated with hot swappable, plug and play fiber GBICs.

The AT-8400 has an integrated management agent, which provides an embedded web server, SNMP, RMON, console telnet capabilities.

AT-8400 comes complete with a number of value-added standards and features including IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging, IEEE 802.1p Prioritization, 802.1s, IEEE 802.3ad Link Aggregation, Group VLAN Registration Protocol (GVRP), Port Security, and Port Mirroring.
