Allied Telesyn AT 8948P ... standard rack mount chassis, the AT-8948 is a highly featured access solution incorporating a new generation switching core for wirespeed Layer 3 IPv4 and IPv6 routing, exceptional Quality of Service (QoS) features, and a robust hardware design with hot-swappable dual power supplies.

The AT-8948P (IPv6 option) is one of the few switches on the market today that can provide high performance wirespeed IPv6 unicast and multicast routing, and IPv6 QoS features. The AT-8948P pushes IPv6 capability to the network edge and allows IPv6 early-adopters to get a head start in the migration to next generation IPv6 networks.
