D-Link DES-1012 ... duplex, any port can serve as a high-speed connection to a server or a shared workgroup through a 10/100Mbps hub.

All 12 ports support the NWay standard. NWay gives each port the ability to automatically sense and negotiate with either Ethernet or Fast Ethernet connections without the need for user interaction. NWay also automatically detects and adjusts between full and half-duplex connections. Users can set configuration for each port and monitor network statistics of the switch through a built-in RS-232 console port in the out-of-band mode.
