D-Link DES-1016R+ ... designed to enhance workgroup performance while providing a high level of flexibility. Powerful yet easy to use, this device allow users to simply plug any port to either a 10Mbps or 100Mbps network to multiply bandwidths, boost response time and satisfy heavy load demands.

All 10/100Mbps ports eliminate the need for crossover cables or uplink buttons. You simply plug any port to a server, a workstation or a hub, using the usual straight-through twisted-pair cable. The port will auto-sense the attached device type and adjust the pin assignments accordingly before transmitting and receiving data. The switch features full/half duplex support for each port, backpressure in half duplex mode, auto-adjustment of MDI/MDIX crossover and auto-correction of twisted-pair polarity reverse. RAM buffer is dynamically allocated for each port.

easiest Switch can be found if i look for same product in indonesian market, if you ask to shopkeeper about products of switch they may be offer D-Link as one of your choice, with 16 port 10/100 MBPS data transfer, but one of weak side of this product is in its design, it is too old fashion, and its price pretty high than others, and in addition its product weak for lightning strike and electrical shock. but overall its product has good reputation in quality of data transfer especially for Local ...
