HP Advancestack Hub 8E

HP Advancestack Hub 8E ... family of hubs offer expandability and value by allowing you to purchase what you need now with the option of adding new functionality as your network needs change.

This model has 8 RJ-45 10Base-T ports and allows cascading to easily expand (use one of the RJ-45 ports to connect to another hub). It also has one BNC thin coaxial connection for connection to a backbone that you can also use to connect to other hubs. The AdvanceStack 10Base-T hubs support Plug-and-Play for easy installation and use. There are also LEDs that aid in diagnostic functions, including Activity, Collisions, AUI/Xcvr, Per Port Status, and Power that provide quick hub status checks as well as troubleshooting support.
