The 224T comes with 24 switched 10-Mb/s ports plus support for 2 100-Mb/s ports (one fixed 100Base-TX or one media flexible 100Base-FX). Switch 224T is plug and play; to add management, simply insert an HP J3178A management module into the management slot.
